• Greet and assist customers entering the showroom floor to present a professional environment that supports automotive sales
• Answer questions about new cars, used cars, vehicle performance, applications processes and consult the sales manager as needed
• Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport when assisting potential customers with their vehicle selections
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database to drive current and future automotive sales
• Present used and new cars through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walk-throughs
• Leverage negotiation skills without compromising customer satisfaction to carry out the sales process following dealership standards and policies

• Safely transport vehicles to and from designated locations within the GTA.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are in proper working order before transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle delivery schedules, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or damages.
• Provide excellent customer service during the delivery process, ensuring a positive experience for customers.
• Communicate any delays, issues, or concerns promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate with the service department to schedule and deliver vehicles for maintenance or repairs.

• Complete interior and exterior cleaning of new and used vehicles
• Apply the appropriate detailing treatments to the preparation of new and used vehicles before delivery as well as to after-sales customer vehicles
• Respect the descriptive specifications and the execution time provided by the dealer and/or the manufacturer
• Perform complete interior and exterior cleaning of customer vehicles
• Ensure that all new vehicles are prepared according to the manufacturer's standards
• Ensure that each used vehicle is restored to condition for sale

• Perform complete and accurate vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and estimates, according to the manufacturer's strictest standards
• Analyze repair orders and vehicle inspection reports
• Determine vehicle defects based on customer complaints and own rigorous inspection
• Document on the repair order all work performed and recommended; 
• Conduct road tests to verify the quality of repairs
• Communicate with Service Advisors and clearly explain repairs and any additional maintenance required.
